Payment and Pricing

  • Payment Methods
    • Orders may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Wholesale Pricing
    • Health professionals and retail vendors may be entitled to wholesale pricing. Apply using this form. You must be logged into a professional account in order to access wholesale pricing.

Shipping (USA)

  • Order Timing
    • Orders submitted by 2:00 pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday are typically shipped the same day; all others will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 2:00pm Eastern Time, Saturday or Sunday will ship the next Monday.
  • Free Shipping
    • Free Shipping is provided for all orders. Shipments under 1 pound will be shipped via USPS First Class. Shipments over 1 pound will be shipped via USPS Priority.
    • Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days of shipment, depending on your location. However, due to pandemic related carrier impacts, some deliveries may take up to 5 days. Please make sure to add to your contacts to ensure you receive our order and shipment confirmations.
  • Expedited Shipping
    • FedEx 2nd Day Air – Does not guarantee delivery on Sundays or holidays.
    • FedEx Next Day Air – Does not guarantee delivery on Sundays or holidays.
    • Prices shown at checkout are BioMatrix’ negotiated real-time rates.
  • Point of Origin
    • Products are shipped from Nampa, Idaho.


  • Conditions of Return
    • Product(s) will be replaced due to a fault of ours (defect, wrong product, damaged).
    • You may return any item(s) purchased directly from BioMatrix within 30 days of receipt for replacement or a refund of the full purchase.
    • Items must be returned with neck seal intact unless otherwise agreed to.
    • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed to.

International Customers

  • Shipping
    • Rates vary based on weight and destination. Your rate will be shown during the checkout process.
  • Conditions
    • You are responsible for complying with all laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, BioMatrix is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees and/or any other expenses related to importing the products. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit.
