Bioavailable Mineral Supplement

An array of minerals is required to fuel all your critical physiological reactions. One way to fortify your mineral stores is by eating plenty of mineral-rich foods. However, it is impossible to achieve total mineral balance when the world is full of pollution, foods that are tainted with pesticides and additives, and compromised water sources that starve your body of essential minerals. Other stressors like cigarettes and alcohol can deplete your mineral stores even further. Let us help you replenish your body with health-promoting minerals.

Macro and Trace Minerals: Core Nutrition Support

We know the importance of consuming essential and trace minerals for the health of our metabolism, bone strength, heart health, and much more. However, the reality is that unless you have a perfect digestive system that absorbs 100% of the nutrients you eat, you will most likely be absorbing a mere fraction of the minerals you consume.

One of the main pitfalls of other supplements is that they provide minerals, without an efficient way to absorb them. Fortunately, you can effectively boost the bioavailability of minerals within supplements. Certain vitamins and acids are found within your body which naturally support the transfer of minerals across your digestive system and cell membrane. Support Minerals uses a specially designed formula that maximally reloads your trace and essential mineral stores with these beneficial digestion enhancers, all within a single capsule. †

The Support Minerals Advantage

Bioavailable for Superior Effects

Unlike other mineral supplements that lack absorption enhancers, Support Minerals provides a full spectrum of minerals with synergistic cofactors that target maximal mineral absorption. These 18 ingredients are well-assimilated forms of the key essential and trace minerals needed to unlock your full metabolic potential. †

The Formula: Purpose

  • Supports Bone Strength – Contains ingredients that support the strength of the hydroxyapatite within bone, including vitamin D3, calcium, boron, and vanadyl sulfate.
  • Enhances Immunity – Zinc and copper work to support the growth and function of key immune cells, while antioxidants like vitamin A, manganese, and selenium scavenge oxidative free radicals.
  • Optimizes Glucose Balance – Chromium and vanadyl sulfate support insulin sensitivity while biotin enhances the conversion of glucose into energy.
  • Supports Thyroid Health – Contains iodine, a powerful mineral that is critical for the synthesis of the thyroid hormones that control metabolism.
  • Promotes Nerve Health – Potassium, zinc, and copper are all essential for optimal nerve growth and proper neurotransmitter signaling.
  • Supports Muscle Function – Calcium, potassium, magnesium, and copper all support muscle contraction and recovery, which may enhance exercise performance.
  • Enhances Metabolic Performance – Contains key B vitamins, like folate and biotin, in addition to an array of minerals that act as cofactors and activators of hundreds of beneficial biochemical reactions.
  • Boosts Mineral Absorption – Vitamin D3, Vitamin A, folate, biotin, betaine anhydrous, and glutamic hydrochloric acid all serve to enhance the absorption of various minerals within your gut.

FAQ: Support Minerals

What if I cannot convert folic acid into active 5-MTHF? Does this supplement fix that?

Our formula does not have folic acid. It has the superior form of Biofolate® (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Calcium).

What is the calcium-to-magnesium ratio?

2-to-1

Is there an ideal time of day to take this mineral supplement?
We recommend evening when possible, as the ingredients can aid in restful sleep and are best assimilated in a relaxed state.

Science-Based Ingredients

  • Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – Vitamin D3 is the natural form of vitamin D that is produced within your body. As we age, our ability to naturally produce Vitamin D3 steadily declines. This vitamin boosts the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, which forms the backbone of hydroxyapatite, the main component of healthy bone. Research shows that supplementing with Vitamin D3 can enhance bone strength, innate and adaptive immunity, and glucose balance [1,2].
  • Calcium – As the most abundant mineral within your body, calcium is essential to an array of reactions and processes. Over 99% of your calcium is found within your bones and teeth, and research shows that supplementing with calcium may delay age-related bone loss [3]. Calcium also helps to transmit neuronal signals that support muscle function.
  • Potassium – This electrolyte plays an essential role in transmitting nerve signals, coordinating muscle contractions, and balancing fluid levels. As one of the most important electrolytes in the body, potassium is used by the cell membrane of every cell within your body. Without potassium, you may experience cardiac arrythmias, slower muscle and nerve function, and dehydration.
  • Vitamin A – This fat-soluble vitamin is a powerful antioxidant that enhances the function of your immune system. By augmenting your mucosal barriers and aiding white blood cells, vitamin A helps to fend off infections. Research also shows that supplementing with vitamin A may help to slow age-related visual decline [4].
  • Folate (Vitamin B9) – This B vitamin supports the function of your red blood cells, which supplies oxygen to every cell within your body. Folate deficiency is linked to anemia, impaired cognitive and mental performance, heart disease, and birth defects. Since you cannot naturally produce folate, you must obtain it from your diet.
  • Biotin (Vitamin B7) – This B vitamin helps to nourish your hair, skin, and eyes. Biotin also plays an important role in metabolism, by balancing the conversion of sugar into sources of fuel.
  • Iodine – This mineral plays a critical role in thyroid health since it is used to create thyroid hormones. Supplementing with iodine can support optimal balance of thyroid hormones, which affect digestion, metabolism, muscle function. Research indicates that iodine is also a powerful antioxidant [5].
  • Magnesium – This essential mineral is harnessed by every cell within our bodies. With an especially important role in muscle function, research shows that supplementing with magnesium boosts exercise performance [6]. Additionally, studies indicate that magnesium helps to reduce markers of inflammation and improve insulin sensitivity [7,8].
  • Zinc – This trace mineral is vital for hundreds of metabolic reactions that target digestion, immunity, and your brain. Zinc is crucial for cell growth and stimulates immune cells that fight oxidative stress. Research shows that supplementing with zinc significantly promotes the immune response that naturally declines during aging [9].
  • Selenium – This potent antioxidant helps to fight oxidative stress. Research shows that supplementing with selenium significantly improves antioxidant capacity within arteries by stimulating an important enzyme, called glutathione peroxidase, that neutralizes oxidative stress [10].
  • Copper – Obtaining trace amounts of copper is vital for the health of your red blood cells, immune system, muscles, and brain. Without enough copper, your white blood cells become compromised and cannot optimally function.
  • Manganese – This mineral is a component of a major antioxidant enzyme, called superoxide dismutase, which neutralizes harmful oxygen radicals. Related to its role in immunity and inflammation, research shows that supplementing with manganese significantly improves inflammation-related symptoms in patients with joint conditions [11].
  • Chromium – This mineral is the main component of chromodulin, which is vital for optimal function of insulin. Studies show that supplementing with chromium significantly improves blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity [12].
  • Molybdenum – This mineral is an essential cofactor that activates several enzymes which break down compounds that can be toxic in excess. In addition to detoxifying sulfites, aldehydes, and uric acid, molybdenum also supports circulation by increasing nitric oxide levels.
  • Boron – This trace element helps to strengthen your bones by increasing calcium levels within your body. Research shows that boron also helps to balance testosterone levels and inflammatory markers [13].
  • Vanadyl Sulfate – This trace mineral may help to support bone strength and insulin function. Research suggests that supplementing with vanadyl sulfate may improve insulin sensitivity and augment sugar balance [14].
  • Betaine Anhydrous and Glutamic Acid Hydrochloride – These ingredients help to acidify the formula to allow for enhanced absorption across the cell membrane.
